Mixing is a subjective, creative process. Our goal is to deliver a professional, high-quality mix based on the direction you provide, not to guess preferences.
Mix Notes & Communication
All revisions are based on written mix notes submitted by the client. Clear and specific notes lead to faster, better results. Vague or changing direction may require additional revisions.

Each mix includes up to 3 revision rounds (one consolidated list per round).
A “revision round” = one clear list of requested changes
Additional revisions are available at an added cost
New creative direction or late changes may be treated as a new revision round
Turnaround Time
Standard mix turnaround times are provided at booking. Rushed or same-day delivery is not recommended and does not guarantee preferred creative results.
Files & Deliverables
Final mix files are delivered digitally.
Raw session files or stems are available upon request and constitute completion of the service.No Refund Policy
All mixing services are custom work-for-hire and non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of subjective satisfaction. This policy exists because time, skill, and labor cannot be recovered once applied.

Because we block out studio time specifically for your track, deposits secure that slot. However, our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that your investment yields a release-ready song, every single time.
Can I sit in or attend the mix?
This is a mix-only service and is handled offline to ensure efficiency and focus.
If you want creative direction or feedback beforehand, add a Mix Consultation Call.
What files do I need to upload?
Please upload:
WAV or AIFF files (24-bit preferred)
If you can upload your session, that's even better.
Clearly labeled stems
Reference songs (optional, but helpful)
How long does a mix usually take?
Most mixes are delivered within 24–48 hours per song once all files are received.
If you need a guaranteed delivery window, you can add Rush Delivery at checkout.
How many revisions are included?
Standard Mix includes 3 revision rounds
Premium Mix includes 4 revision rounds
Revisions are for adjustments (levels, effects, balance), not rebuilding the song from scratch.
Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
What if I don’t like the result of the mix?
The goal is to get it right. That’s why revisions are included and communication is clear from the start. If expectations are outlined in your mix notes and revision requests properly, revisions are usually minimal. There is no refund.
Can you make it sound exactly like another artist?
Reference tracks are welcome and encouraged.
While every song is unique, references help guide tone, balance, and energy.
