RECORDING STUDIO POLICIES
Deposits: 50% Non-Refundable Deposit Required to Secure Slots. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
Balances: Due at the end of each session, or files will not be released or sent by the studio until the balance is resolved
Occupancy: Due to liabilities, sessions are now limited to 4 people MAX; the paying client and up to 3 PARTICIPATING guests. Larger groups must call for accurate pricing. Additional guests may require an additional fee.
Smoking or Alcohol: Not allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be given. We like for our equipment to last as long as possible.
File Transfers: Bring an external hard drive for file backups. We are not responsible for holding files forever.
Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations; Contact us if there's a need to discuss rescheduling.

What’s The Studio Refund Policy?
There are no refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. Sessions have dedicated time slots, and we value the time and efforts of our engineers. If a client cancels due to an emergency, your session may be scheduled to a new date and time.
What’s The Studio Cancellation Policy?
2-4 hour sessions: Deposit returned if canceled 48 hours before session time 4-8 hour sessions: Deposit returned if canceled 5 days before the session date 8+ hour sessions: Deposit returned if canceled 10 days before the session date
How Long Do We Keep Session Files?
Although we keep it for some time, please be aware that Vivid Core Music Studio does not offer a guaranteed amount of time for the storage of digital audio files recorded on our premises. Although we take measures to create backups of data in multiple locations for your convenience, we highly recommend that you bring your own external hard drive to create backups of your audio files after each session. It is crucial to ensure their safety by taking them home with you. We also send your files to you once you have paid for your session in full with a 7-Day download expiration time.

Can I book less than 2 hours?
We recommend a minimum of 2 hours to ensure a productive session.
What if I need more time than I booked?
You can extend your session by booking additional hours in advance or while at the studio if the slot immediately after yours is available.
Can I request a specific engineer?
Yes! You can request our lead engineer or any available team member at no extra cost using our booking form.
How soon can I get my files?
Files are transferred or backed up at the end of your session, with a 7-day download window.
